Returns Information:
Returns: To return an item for an exchange or refund, please mail your merchandise along with our original packing and a note stating the corrections (for example: correct ring size) to our address.
NOTE: The engraved and custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable!
Refunds: iDream Jewelry offers a 7-day money back guarantee for any products that are in 'like new' condition and for defective products. In order to receive a refund, please mail your merchandise to our address include the original packing and a note stating that you would like a refund.
Exchange: In order to make an exchange, please mail your merchandise to our address include the original packing within 30 days of receipt and a note stating that you would like an exchange.
Handling Times: Your refund credit will usually appear on your card 5-7 business days after we process your refund request.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we guarantee to either exchange your purchase or provide you with a refund.
